As part of our commitment to reducing waste through our make-to-order model, we encourage you to carefully review our product descriptions, sizing guide, and fabric details before making a purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our updated refund policy:
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to our made-to-order process, we kindly ask that you limit returns to cases where the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at our Customer Contact Link. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right. We will work quickly to resolve any issues with your order.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges
Because all of our pieces are made-to-order, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you need a different size or product, we recommend returning the original item (once accepted) and placing a new order. This helps us avoid overproduction and remain aligned with our sustainability goals.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, as it may take a few business days to reflect on your account.
