At ohBeya, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring the full satisfaction of our customers. Our made-to-order model means that your items are crafted with care once you place your order, which may result in slightly longer shipping times as we work to reduce waste and overproduction. Please note that shipping times may vary based on current demand and production schedules.

Shipping Times
Since each item is made-to-order, all orders are processed and shipped out within 7-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or there are unforeseen delays in production, shipment times may be extended. We will notify you via email if there is any significant delay.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor its progress. Please allow additional time for shipping based on your location, and keep in mind that holidays may impact delivery times.

Make-to-Order Production
As ohBeya follows a sustainable, make-to-order process, please be patient as your order is crafted specifically for you. This helps us reduce waste and our carbon footprint while ensuring each piece is thoughtfully made.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information, a restocking fee may apply. Please double-check your address details to avoid this.

Lost or Stolen Packages
ohBeya is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or contact the authorities. We recommend securing deliveries to safe locations.

Returns
We allow requests to return items within 30 days of receipt. However, because our products are made-to-order, we ask that you carefully review our sizing guide before making a purchase to help reduce returns and waste. Out of Stock Items
As ohBeya operates on a made-to-order basis, we generally do not keep excess inventory. However, in the rare event that a fabric or material is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. You will have the option to wait for restock or to receive a partial shipment of available items.

International Shipping and Import Duties
ohBeya ships internationally. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required upon arrival in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
